The equipment will be used in the Pearl River Delta intercity rail transit Guangfo ring line, with completely independent intellectual property rights, filling the gap of the earth pressure / TBM dual-mode roadheader in the domestic large-diameter double-die roadheader series.
It is reported that the excavation of the equipment is 9.15 meters in diameter, the length of the whole machine is 115 meters, the total weight is about 1350 tons, and the installed power is 5700 kilowatts. The project leader and Chen Qingbin, director of the Institute of Earth Pressure Shielding of the Tiejian Heavy Industry Roadheader Research and Design Institute, said that the online dual-mode roadheader, which can simultaneously coexist with the two functional modes of earth pressure and TBM, can not only “soft and hard” And it takes only 72 hours to complete the conversion of the earth pressure balance shield machine mode and the hard rock TBM mode, providing powerful equipment support for the tunnel to be fast, efficient and reliable.
